The Parts Boxes are all hidden inside these reactor boxes that you have to break open. Return the boxes to Dr. Where is Dogon's HQ?
Kim's Comments. This one doesn't have any shared monsters, so it's not important to do in conjunction with other quests, but if you never wanna visit Kulan V again, wait till you're level 47 and do this with the other quests out there in one shot. Another tip: since Chuly is in the Silo, if you've not done the Trading With Alien Gray quest yet, you can activate it on the way to the HQ and do it when you give Chuly back the stuff or finish it from earlier if you haven't yet when you talk to Chuly to activate the quest.
Talk to Chury at the Silo, who asks you to find Dogon's secret headquarters and retrieve Dogon's Report from there. Since all the entrances I'm describing are invisible, you might wanna look at the group of map pics toward the bottom of this page to get a better idea.
