Cancel Save. I think it's just bugged somehow, I once tried disabling the quest with some commands and I probably broke it. The quest isn't active but it is still in the quests tab so I don't know. I entered and fought a bunch of bandits, and at the end, there is a high up waterfall with the quest arrow pointing past it. I can't find a way to climb up there though User Info: victoryismiiine.
